1. All builds—protected or unprotected—will be inspected by an owner to ensure their builder has not logged on in the past 180 days.
2. A faction may be considered abandoned if its leader is offline for 180+ days.
   • If the faction has only one admin and they have logged on within the past 180 days, they will become the leader.
   • If the faction has 2+ admins, the active faction members will elect, from their admins, the new leader.
   • If the faction has no admins, a moderator may become the leader using the criteria above.
   • If the faction has no admins or moderators, or if the faction leader is its only member, it will be disbanded.
3. You may only request one abandoned claim every seven days.
